My Belongings Have Returned!

I finally received my belongings from my ex in Minnesota! It only took Daniel 7 months… and he had to commandeer his mom for help. Thank goodness for her, she is such a great human being!

I got most of my stuff back - still a few items missing, but at least I got my coats! However, my Coach purse was nowhere to be found.

Not sure if this was on purpose done by him or the person he’s dating, but he sent back the sloth stuff animal (Sloth Skaggs) I gave him for our first Valentine’s Day… now I have the burden of figuring out what to do with him.

It is also unclear the person he is seeing coordinated for it to come back around/on Valentine’s Day - she’s done some shady things that even our mutual friends picked up on that Daniel refused to see…

I am just happy to say this saga of getting my stuff back is OVER!

Happy Birthday to my amazing boyfriend Daniel!

Daniel & his favorite animal, the snow leopard!

Today he turned 5 years old, we had Pokemon themed birthday decorations and went to the zoo! He even saw his favorite animal, the snow leopard, who came out just for him!

I hope you have the most amazing birthday, I LOVE YOU!!!

Happy Earth Day from Escondido Falls in Malibu, CA!

Daniel, Ian & I went for a hike in Malibu at Escondido Falls. It was a fun hike, however the end of the hike was a bit anti-climatic so would suggest other hikes if you have more time. The waterfall sadly had dried up and all we were left with was the little droplets in this photo. This hike was good exercise and a good moderate hike for the summer heat for about 1.5 hours, including the walk to/from the parking lot.

One year in the books, many more to go - I LOVE YOU DANIEL!

Who ever thought that what the girl we met at the bar would predict our future?

Fun story - on our first date at Barcelona Bar, we met a girl who’s birthday it was. She had asked us to take a picture for her and she offered to take one in return. She had asked how long we had been together, and we told her it was actually our first date! She did not believe us and thought we had been together for a while. We continued to have a great time and when we left, the birthday girl and her friends said “you guys are so cute together!”

Did Daniel pay these guys off? HAHA!
